OL-POWER: Exceptional Spectral Purity
One of the primary goals of the OL-POWER RF project was to significantly surpass the spurious signal suppression requirements outlined in the international standard (ETSI 301 783 pts 5.2 & 5.3) for amateur radio equipment.
To achieve this, the OL-POWER features a meticulously designed and oversized modular filtering section. This ensures exceptional performance even at power levels well above full output.
In simpler terms, the OL-POWER is engineered to deliver an exceptionally clean signal output with superior suppression of spurious emissions.
This translates to minimal interference with other radio signals, making the OL-POWER ideal for use in environments with high radio congestion.
Furthermore, the OL-POWER's high spectral purity allows for cleaner and clearer signal transmission, ultimately enhancing communication quality and reception.

Thermal Control
The quality of an RF amplifier's design is truly put to the test in demanding situations such as contests and digital modes.
To meet these requirements, the OL-Power's thermal design is highly conservative.
Equipped with a sophisticated temperature control system assisted by multiple progressive fans, it can be equipped with a liquid heatsink with Peltier cells to ensure that the LDMOS device temperature always remains within safe limits.
This guarantees long-lasting reliability, even in the most demanding applications.

Reliability and Durability
It is well known that while LDMOS power FETs are extremely robust at the output, they are highly sensitive to RF overdrive.
For this reason, we have implemented a sophisticated control system that we call "OL-Bias Control."
Combined with careful design of the input circuit, OL-Power offers a sophisticated "pairing" that minimizes the risk of damage from overdrive.

Flexibility
Modern digital techniques and web clusters require previously unimaginable operational speed.
OL-Power offers the ability to select the band quickly and fully automatically.
The presence of valid in-band signals is detected and will automatically activate the switch to that band.
A high-speed, low-distortion solid-state switching circuit allows for a very fast (> 50wpm) full-power kick-down operation.

Available as a Seamless Kit or Pre-Assembled
OL-POWER will be available as a BASE KIT (components and PCB), SEAMLESS (pre-assembled boards with connectors), or in a fully PRE-ASSEMBLED and calibrated version.
The CASE can be customized by choosing one of the STANDARD models or customizing the graphics according to your aesthetic preferences.
Thanks to the "intelligent" OL-BUS bus, the control board will automatically recognize the presence or absence of the boards and automatically configure itself.
